Repair, Restore, Refresh
We are pleased to offer a Repair, Restore and Refresh service in our shops to help give Paul Smith purchases a second life, bring them back to their former glory or simply freshen them up.
From fabric to fit, quality has long been at the core of Paul Smith pieces. Above all, they are made to last and we want you to enjoy them for as long as possible. To extend the life of your Paul Smith purchases (as well as any second-hand items or pieces passed down), we proudly offer a Repair, Restore and Refresh service in our UK full price stores. It’s just one thing we’re doing on our Path To Sustainability, our blueprint for how we can do better by the environment. Here you’ll find more information about each service.
Repair
We know how disappointing it can be to have one of your favourite pieces out of action due to damage. Whether it’s a small snag, a tear, shoe resoling or other issue, our in-store team will be happy to arrange complimentary repairs of products within two years of purchase from Paul Smith if your item is faulty. For all other products and those which have been damaged, repairs will be charged on a case-by-case basis after a consultation with one of our colleagues. While we will endeavour to provide a wide selection of repair services, in certain circumstances we may not be able to assist with every repair request.
Restore
Paul Smith has been in business for over 50 years, and we want you to be able to enjoy our past designs as much as our new collections. Our Restore service is specifically designed for older pieces that need to be brought back to their former glory, for example refitting or relining a Paul Smith suit your grandfather handed down to you. Our team will be able to offer a quote for the restoration of Paul Smith pieces, taking into account its age and condition as well as the particular restoration services required.
Refresh
If your Paul Smith piece simply needs a little TLC, we’re also happy to assist with specialist cleaning services for Paul Smith products. Our Refresh option includes spot cleaning or stain removal. Like our repair and restoration service, we will do everything we can to ensure we can bring your piece back to life, but cannot guarantee that our Refresh service is suitable for every garment or item.
The time taken for each service will vary depending on the repairs, restorations or refresh needed, but our colleagues will be in touch to let you know as soon as your item is available for collection. True to our commitment to sustainability, your item will also be packaged in reused packaging.
The Repair, Restore, Refresh service is currently available in all UK shops, excluding concessions, outlets and airports. For more information, please reach out to your closest store.
