Sales Consultants receive a generous commission structure and we reward our Retail Management teams with a competitive Managers Bonus Scheme.

Clothing Allowance

A generous seasonal clothing allowance is given to all eligible employees. This can be enhanced through our ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme. Eligible employees are also entitled to a seasonal uniform.

Wellbeing

Paul Smith is committed to providing an environment that supports the wellbeing of employees – physically and mentally, we offer Gender Neutral Miscarriage & Baby Loss Support where employees can take up to 4 weeks’ additional paid leave. We also offer Domestic Abuse Support.

Holiday Entitlement

Employees receive an annual entitlement of 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays. We offer the option to purchase or sell up to five extra holiday days a year (pro-rata for part-time employees).

Health

Via our partnership with VitalityHealth we offer private medical insurance to eligible staff, along with life insurance and income protection. Free eye care vouchers, tax-free childcare and discounted gym memberships are also available.

Pension

All employees that meet the criteria, after a 3-month postponement from their start date, will be automatically enrolled into the corporate pension scheme, currently provided by Aegon.

Support and Advice

The Retail Trust is our Employee Assistance Programme providing all employees and dependants access to free and confidential health and wellbeing support. In addition, permanent employees aged over 18 and under 70 years of age, have access to the Help@Hand app from Unum, our Life Cover providers; providing free health and wellbeing support for you and your family.

Day For Change

We offer all permanent employees a day for change, 1 extra day of paid leave each year, to allow the opportunity to become involved in volunteering and charity projects, taking an active part in the local community or taking action to support local groups and communities who are marginalised.
