Who is Harper?

Harper offers a convenient and stress-free shopping experience that allows you to see and feel your pieces before committing to a purchase, just like in a store. Our Concierge service enables you to try on pieces with your own wardrobe at home and only pay for the ones you decide to keep.

What is the concierge service?

You can choose the most convenient hour in your week for one of Harper’s Style Concierge to bring your chosen pieces for you to try. You can choose for your Style Concierge to accompany you to help you find your pieces, or they can leave and return after 40 minutes to take payment and collect any unwanted items.

Where is the concierge service available?

Concierge Appointments are currently available in Greater London (all 32 London boroughs).

Who will come to my style concierge appointment?

A brand-trained member of the Harper Style Team delivers your pieces.

When can I book my appointment for?

Hour long arrival slots are available from 9am-9pm Monday to Friday and from 10am-6pm on weekends. Your Style Concierge may arrive at any time during the 1-hour slot, and you will have 40 minutes of try-on time.

How many styles may I try?

There is no limit on the number of items you can try during your 40-minute appointment.

How much does this cost?

The Concierge service service costs £15, which is payable by card at your appointment. There is no additional spend or purchase requirement.

Can discounts be applied to Harper orders?

Yes, discount codes can be applied. Simply enter the code during checkout and the discount will be reflected in the total amount charged.

How can I cancel/modify my order?

We are unable to remove items from orders once they have been placed, but it is possible to add pieces to your Concierge appointment by placing another order.

How may I pay?

Harper accepts most major credit cards and debit cards. Please note, American Express is only accepted for the Concierge service.

Once you have decided which items you want to keep, payments are taken by your stylist at your appointment via a mobile iZettle card reader.

When will I be charged and what for?

You will be charged at the end of your 40-minute appointment via a mobile card reader for the pieces you wish to keep, plus a nominal £15 fee for the service.
