Tailoring, too, has changed over the years. Especially since office codes have slackened and the post-pandemic world proposed a new way of working. As our lives and habits evolve, suits have relaxed and loosened up and what was smart 14 years ago when our partnership with the team began, is less relevant to today’s mode of dressing.

That’s particularly true if you’re an athlete and always on the move. To reflect that evolution, this time around, we decided to outfit the players in a suit inspired by our Modern Working Wardrobe edit: A Paul Smith Suit To Travel In.

Designed primarily for comfort and practicality, the travel-friendly tailoring is crafted using a lightweight construction that allows for free movement and is made from a fabric that’s naturally crease-resistant. And, rather than a buttoned-up shirt and tie, we’ve paired it with relaxed knitted tee with a stripe-trimmed neck ­– a choice that makes the look more adaptable and versatile.
